By registering, participating, voting, applying to be our referrer, purchasing our ticket, purchasing our advertisement slot, donating to us, or sponsoring us, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to our terms and conditions of operation!

uIn this agreement, “We” or “Our” refers to 247QuizShow as a corporate entity. While “you” or “your” refers to the participants in our quiz, the voters for our participants, our referrers, our ticket buyers, our advertisers, our donors, and our sponsors.

REGISTRATION AND PARTICPATION:

Registration and Participation in our quarterly program shall be free and open to all who is 18yrs and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18yrs old at the time of registration, and we therefore shall not bear any consequence for your failure to comply to this age requirement, should you face the challenges of a minor in the course of participation at any level.

While you are allowed to register as many times as you so desire during the preliminary stage, we reserve the right to alter this policy at any time as we deem fit

Registration to participate in our program is absolutely free! Hence we shall not ask you for any registration fee at any time. We therefore take disclaimer from any possible future claim that 247QuizShow charges any fee for participation in our program, and therefore shall not be liable to indemnity from any loss, resulting from any payment, made to an unauthorized person, in the name of registration process. 

VOTING:

Voting is done strictly on 247QuizShow website and mobile app. Any voting done elsewhere is not for us and hence shall not count for the voted contestant!

There shall be no refund of voting money once a successful transaction has been made so long as the program holds as duly planned. Voting money can only be refunded to the voters if, for any reason, the Finalist Showdown fails to hold, or if, for any reason, the Grand Finale Showdown fails to hold, and a new date cannot be fixed after a period of 3 months!

Voting is unlimited. Voters are allowed to vote as many times as they so desire, and as many units of votes as they so desire, and to as many contestants as they so desire. 

In case of failed transaction during the voting process and any other transaction on our platform, such person should go to his or her bank to resolve the issue. We take no blame, we bear no consequence for such failed transactions!

TICKET:

Sale of our show ticket shall strictly be on 247QuizShow Website and Mobile App. Any forged ticket purchased from unauthorized source shall not be accepted, and the holders of such fake ticket shall not be granted entry into our show venue. Only e-ticket is used by 247QuizShow which will be sent to the WhatsApp contact of the buyers. We shall bear no responsibility for any compensation for cases of lost ticket or lost device containing the e-ticket. we reserve the right to fix the price of our ticket as we so deem necessary, and ticket prices shall vary from time to time based on economic situation 

Make sure you have a stable network connection before you initiate purchase of our ticket on our platform as we bear no consequence for any failed transaction in your course of buying our ticket 

No refund of ticket money once paid to us and the ticket is issued. Ticket money is only refundable if for any reason the show fails to hold as at when planned and no new date feasible for the show. 

DONATION:

Voluntary donation is acceptable from all and sundry. No refund of donated money under any circumstance! No any stipulated favor in return, for any donor, for donation made whatsoever!

Any amount of money is acceptable for donation to 247QuizShow 

247QuizShow shall not take any blame for any donated money obtained from illegal sources, and shall not be subject to any suit, or any consequences, emanating forthwith from any source, from such illegal practice, to the donor

ADVERTISEMENT:

The monetary value for our 1 minute advertorial on our digital board shall be determined from time to time and shall vary based on the prevailing economic situation.

Money paid for advertisement on our platform is Not refundable so long as our show hold as scheduled. Advertisement payment can only be refunded if the show fails to hold and a new date cannot be fixed whatsoever.

Our advertisement slot only cover a 1 minute display of your digital content on our digital board in one particular show. A new slot will have to be purchased, if you deem so interested, in the subsequent shows. 

Our online advertisement plan titled “CHECK OUT OUR RECOMMENDED BRANDS” is valid only for 1 month except if renewed at the end of the month. Without renew, such brand will be removed from our ad after completing one month period of the ad display! Money paid for the online ad is NOT refundable!

SPONSORSHIP:

247QuizShow is open to sponsorship deals from all well meaning organizations. 

We shall strictly abide by the agreement of every specific sponsorship deal. We therefore shall take no blame or face any consequence or indemnity for any damage or loss that may arise from our sponsor’s failure to fulfill their own side of the deal 

Once our sponsorship package is procured, the ad image and website link of the sponsor will be displayed in our website and app for a period of 3 months only!. And the 1 min Ad video clip of our sponsor will be played severally in our digital board during one live show only!

REFERRAL:

Our Executive Referrer position is open to all interested persons, who must; 1. Apply on our platform, 2. Register to contest 3. Vote minimum of 10 units for himself/herself 4. Be given a Unique Referral code, before proceeding to referring participants to us. 

Referrers shall earn 50% of all the total votes gathered by all the participants he/she referred, and the total earning of a given referrer shall be paid between 1st to 10th of the succeeding month to the month of the preliminary stage. 

The number of participants referred by a given referrer shall strictly be determined by the number of participants who entered the unique referral code of the referrer at the point of registration as found in our database. No any other claim of referral shall be acceptable. 

SHOW:

The venue and time for our show shall be determined, strictly by us, quarterly, just before the commencement of the sale of the ticket for the given show. The venue and time might vary from time to time as we deem fit. 

CONCLUSION:

Kindly endeavor to read, understand and abide by these simple terms and conditions before you use any of our services or before you partner with us in any way

We shall bear no consequence for any damage or loss from your failure to abide by these terms and conditions 

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions as at when due, without any prior notice to the users of our platform or our partners. However any such modification will always be published on our platform.
